Loaner Terminal Program

Terminal Loaner Program Overview

Merchants in the Loaner Program are billed $99-$155 annually per terminal. This fee covers both the terminal’s use and the cost of a replacement if the terminal becomes damaged.

Replacement of Damaged Terminals

If a terminal is damaged, merchants may request a replacement at no extra charge. Once the new terminal is received, the damaged terminal must be returned to Vantage Card Services within 7 business days.

Non-Return of Damaged Terminals

If a damaged terminal is not returned within 7 business days of receiving the replacement, an additional $99-$155 fee will be charged to the merchant’s account in the next billing cycle to cover the unreturned device.

Returning Terminals That Have Been Replaced

Merchants are responsible for ensuring the prompt return of damaged terminals. Vantage Card Services may provide a prepaid shipping label if requested. Terminals should be securely packaged to prevent any further damage during transit.

Account Cancellation and Terminal Return Responsibility

If a merchant decides to cancel their account, it is their responsibility—both financially and physically—to return all terminals provided under the Loaner Program to Vantage Card Services. If the terminal(s) are not returned, an additional $99-$155 fee per terminal will be applied to the merchant’s account in the next billing cycle
